The two-semester CEO program is designed for first-year students who are ready to grow as leaders and stand out as confident, capable professionals early in their college journey.

Through exclusive networking opportunities, a tailored leadership curriculum, and personalized mentorship, CEO helps students develop leadership skills and explore their professional potential, both in and out of the classroom.

Applications will close on Monday, November 10. After reviewing submissions, we will conduct in-person interviews, and final decisions will be announced before Winter Break.

If selected, students will attend a kickoff overnight retreat on January 16–17 at Camp Martha Johnston. Students will also take CEO 100, a one credit course on leadership development, on Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm in Spring 2026. Other events throughout the semester, include attending two leadership talks, an Industry Day Visit on April 10, and an Alumni Mixer on April 17.
