To be eligible for this exam, you should complete the nursing application here.

Students are required to bring a photo ID and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to testing.

On the payment form, you must enter an exam, reservation date/time and student name you are paying for in the description field to ensure payment is applied correctly. Seats are limited. Two attempts during an application period are allowed. You may repeat the exam within 30 days between attempts. You will be notified in 5 business days to confirm the testing reservation.
